Belinda Bwiza

Belinda Bwiza is a Rwandan finance professional and development leader serving as Chief Executive Officer of One Acre Fund Rwanda (Tubura), where she leads programs supporting more than one million smallholder farmers through access to quality seeds, agricultural financing, and training. With close to two decades of experience across financial services, public policy, and development leadership, she brings a systems-driven approach to strengthening rural economies and expanding economic opportunity. She previously served as Chairperson of the Rwanda National Investment Trust and currently sits on the board of Equity Bank Rwanda PLC while also serving as Vice Chairperson of Women in Finance Rwanda. Through her work across finance, governance, and agricultural development, Belinda demonstrates how institutional leadership and inclusive financial systems can support resilient communities and sustainable economic growth.
