Kenya’s High Net Worth individuals are increasingly considering specialised sectors tied to technology, population growth, essential services and changing consumer demand. According to the Wealth & Investment Trends 2026 report, five areas stand out: data centres, professionally managed rental housing, hospitality, agricultural land, and logistics and industrial property.
The report suggests that opportunities are emerging in sectors meeting needs that are becoming harder to ignore: digital infrastructure, rental housing, food production, tourism and the movement of goods. For High Net Worth individuals, the appeal is not simply that these sectors are growing, but that demand for what they provide is likely to continue over time.
